Fairfield County Chapter of Chums
On May 29, 2011, the Fairfield County Chapter of Chums installed 3 new members.

It was a fabulous meeting hosted by Chum Pat and Hum Jim Adams at their home in Norwalk.
The food was delicious and the fellowship was welcoming.
We are delighted to welcome our new Chums and Hums.
On December 12, 2010 the Chums donated boys & girls pajamas, stuffed animals and
healthy snacks to the Casey Family Services in Bridgeport, CT. These items are
used for children who are removed from their home and placed in foster care.
A book donation was also made to the Partners for Children in Bridgeport, CT.
Emeritus Member Chum Maelorie Hamilton was honored by the National Council of Negro Woman
of the Greater New Haven Section on December 4, 2010. She was presented with the
2010 Annual Founder’s Day Appreciation Award for her dedicated and loyal service.
The event was held at the Woodbridge Country Club. We are very proud of our Chum
Sister.
On May 7, 2011 at their Annual Mother’s day Luncheon, Chum Serena Reeves was honored by
the Milford, Connecticut Chapter of Links Incorporated to receive an award, “A Tribute
to Mothers; Women who Serve”. The event was held at the Trumbull Marriott.
Chum Serena exemplifies all of the special qualities attributed to such an award;
dedication, commitment, cooperative spirit, leadership, role model, longevity, sister,
mother and friend.
We are proud of our Chum Sister!
